Do PAL SNES cartridges fit in your cases?

Yes. Although to make the PAL cartridges fit better in the case, we typically apply some foam stripping on the retainers to make up for some of the size difference between the NTSC and PAL releases. Simply leave a note during checkout on the titles that are for PAL cartridges, and we will make the adjustment at no extra charge.

My NES games have the dust sleeve, will they fit in your cases?

By default, our cases are modified to only accommodate the cartridge. If you would like the case to fit the dust sleeve as well, please leave a note during checkout, mentioning which titles you would like to fit the dust sleeve, and we will be happy to make that adjustment at no extra charge.

For disc games, do your cases hold multiple discs?

Yes. If the game you’re purchasing a case for is a multi-disc game, the game case will have the appropriate insert to hold the extra discs.

Our black cases can hold up to 4 discs. Our white cases will hold up to 3 discs. For 4 disc games that use our white cases, we will provide an additional case, with each case having the appropriate discs labeled on the spine of the case.

How do I get my tracking number?

All orders when completed will send out a completion email. This email should contain your tracking number. If you don’t receive an email, please log into your account to view your order history for your tracking number.

Do customers outside the US have to pay customs or duty fees?

You may or may not be required to pay customs or duty fees depending on the amount of your order. This is very different for each country, so you should consult your customs agency prior to ordering if custom fees are a concern. Unfortunately, due to the number of countries that we ship to, we cannot keep up with the rules and regulations for each country.
